Description

Build and implement ServiceNow platform solutions to meet business requirements within a virtual team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements, user stories, and mock-ups into fully functional platform features.
• Configure Application UI and workflows to ensure intuitive user experiences.
• Develop integration components including SSO and LDAP with various HR systems.
• Work within a Scrum-based Agile development process focused on heavy coding.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and contribute to continual service management improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with Web Technologies: XML, HTML, Angular.js, and Web Services.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
• Experience working in a SaaS environment.
• Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Technical consulting experience.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
• Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, and SAML/SSO.
