Responsibilities

• Develop architectural products and deliverables for enterprise and operational business lines.
• Design system infrastructure to support defined strategies and advise on technological purchases.
• Set standards for client/server relational database structures.
• Assess the feasibility of potential future projects for management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in IT service management.
• ServiceNow Platform Architecture expertise.
• ServiceNow System configuration skills.
• ITSM knowledge.
• Sybase database experience.
• CAD experience.
• CSA certification.
• CAD certification.
