You will develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, FSM, CMDB, Service Portal, and Mobile Agent.
Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer workflows, Service Catalog items, and request workflows.
Implement and support REST and SOAP integrations with internal and external systems.
Lead platform governance to ensure security, performance, scalability, and upgrade compatibility.
Support releases, testing cycles, platform upgrades, and production issues while providing technical leadership through code reviews and documentation.
Required Skills
7+ years of overall software development experience.
4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
3+ years of experience with ITSM or CSM.
Strong JavaScript development expertise.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions in regulated environments.
Solid understanding of ITIL practices and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, FSM, CMDB, REST, and SOAP.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and US Citizenship.
Preferred Skills
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
5+ years of experience troubleshooting complex ServiceNow platform issues.
