Description

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, ensuring platform stability and security.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, FSM, CMDB, Service Portal, and Mobile Agent.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer workflows, and Service Catalog items.
• Implement REST and SOAP integrations with internal and external systems.
• Lead platform governance to ensure security, performance, scalability, and upgrade compatibility.
• Support releases, testing cycles, platform upgrades, and production issues through technical leadership and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall software development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
• 3+ years of experience with ITSM or CSM.
• Strong JavaScript development expertise.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions in regulated environments.
• Solid understanding of ITIL practices and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, FSM, CMDB, REST, and SOAP.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and US Citizenship.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting complex ServiceNow platform issues.
