Description

You will drive ServiceNow implementation and development across critical enterprise modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end installation and configuration of ServiceNow products, focusing on ITOM and ITAM.
• Architect and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring data integrity across all configuration items.
• Design, develop, and unit-test custom applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Actions in JavaScript.
• Build and optimize complex workflows and integration points using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub to streamline ITSM processes.
• Perform platform upgrades, patch cycles, and performance tuning to maintain environment security and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and systems integration.
• Strong command of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide API.
• Proven experience configuring and deploying ITOM, SAM, and HAM modules in large-scale environments.
• Experience implementing REST/SOAP integrations.
• Deep understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Development, ITSM, and Cmdb.
• Familiarity with Ham and Sam modules.
