Description

Configure and develop ServiceNow SPM modules including Demand Management, Project & Program Management, and Resource Management to support healthcare initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom scoped applications and Service Portals for healthcare workflows such as credentialing and equipment tracking.
• Implement financial tracking and cost transparency using Investment Funding and portfolio financial management tools.
• Optimize resource capacity and allocation across IT and healthcare delivery teams using advanced resource planning capabilities.
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor portfolio health, financial performance, and resource utilization.
• Support seamless integrations between ServiceNow SPM and ITSM, HR, ERP, and financial systems.

Required Skills

• 7-8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, focusing on SPM/PPM modules.
• Proven expertise in Service Portal development, Widget creation, Scoped Applications, and Flow Designer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow data modeling, and platform administration.
• Strong knowledge of project, portfolio, financial, and resource management principles.
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery models.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) certifications.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP or financial systems and exposure to ITSM/HR modules.
• Prior experience delivering solutions in healthcare or highly regulated industries.
