Description

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist(CIS) certification highly desired

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development of the modules listed above. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Possess an in-depth knowledge of implementing ServiceNow Architecture and ServiceNow Scripting.

Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances, and into production.

Demonstrated knowledge of service management processes, procedures, and software, including knowledge of ServiceNow
