Description

You will design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations across ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and complex integrations.
• Develop REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems and manage platform upgrades.
• Create reports, dashboards, and automation solutions to support business operations.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and provide technical leadership.
• Provide mentorship to development teams and ensure production support stability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of ServiceNow development.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB, workflow automation, and scripting.
• Proficiency in designing REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices and platform architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing production support and platform enhancements.
• Proven track record of technical leadership and team mentorship.
