Description

You will own the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on CMDB, SAM, and HAM modules. You translate business requirements into functional features and ensure stable, scalable platform performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications, forms, workflows, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, and ACLs.
• Lead the implementation of CMDB, SAM, and HAM solution designs using industry best practices.
• Develop server-side and client-side JavaScript to support complex client processes and integrations.
• Manage configuration and data movement between environments using update sets, XMLs, and agile methodologies.
• Troubleshoot complex software issues, implement bug fixes, and perform root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise in Integration Hub, Discovery, IRE rules, Workflow, UI Actions, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Email Scripts.
• 5+ years of experience with data imports/exports using data loads, transform maps, and transform scripts.
• 5+ years of experience developing ServiceNow CMDB, SAM, and HAM modules, including Discovery processes and Hardware Asset Product Life Cycle.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST, and SOAP integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio and UI Builder.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must reside within two hours of Woodlawn, MD, and work on-site at least 2 days a week.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (SAM/HAM).
• Experience with Agile development processes and system integrations involving Stored Procedures or Queues.
