Description

You will design, lead, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions and integrations for enterprise clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define strategies with customers to maximize ServiceNow service capabilities.
• Develop agile-based workplans and schedules for development activities.
• Lead a team of developers to deliver technical work products and solutions.
• Ensure all deliverables meet specific customer requirements and expectations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer across ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgmt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR.
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.
• 5+ years of experience integrating ServiceNow with external applications or data sources.
• 5+ years of experience designing and leading complex technical solutions.
• 3+ years of experience leading development teams.
• Extensive understanding of system architecture and design principles.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
