Description

Lead the development and configuration of the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on Information Security domains and ITSM/ITIL solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with strategic governance.
• Develop, configure, and maintain ITSM/ITIL applications, including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
• Design and implement secure scoped applications, UI components, and server-side logic using JavaScript and Web Services.
• Consult with internal experts and partners on platform roadmaps, security initiatives, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST).
• Optimize platform performance through middleware integration, discovery technologies, and robust data modeling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Application Developer or System Administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified Developer certification.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Web Services, and writing scoped applications.
• Proficiency in AngularJS, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS for secure UI design.
• Deep understanding of ITSM modules: Incident, Change, Problem, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge.
• Experience with database design schemas and data modeling.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SIEM and IDS/IPS integrations.
• Background in middleware and discovery technologies for platform enhancement.
