Description

You will design and develop scalable applications on the ServiceNow platform, owning technical design requirements and module management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop highly scalable applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage ServiceNow modules including CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Build custom and scoped applications to meet business requirements.
• Conduct demo reviews and present technical solutions to product stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow design and development.
• Advanced JavaScript programming skills.
• Expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management modules.
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and JSON/XML payloads.
• Web UI development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
• Experience with Service Portal pages and custom widgets.
