Description

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow modules with a focus on ITOM capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of the CMDB structure, ensuring data population and normalization follow best practices.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to map configuration items.
• Develop and deploy end-to-end solutions, including out-of-the-box products, custom code, and custom applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the production environment.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide the team on developing scalable business solutions on the platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the design and development of scalable applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules, specifically CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and DOM.
• Experience working with APIs, REST, JSON, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with AJAX, Python, and PowerShell.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
