Required Skills

• 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Deep ServiceNow expertise with a specific focus on Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Experience in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven ability to manage multifaceted technical challenges.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
