Manage and maintain ServiceNow environments to ensure IT service delivery and system stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer ServiceNow platforms to support IT service delivery and system reliability.
• Develop and manage system integrations using REST API.
• Implement web-based solutions using JavaScript and HTML.
• Leverage LDAP and networking knowledge to support infrastructure stability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in technology as a System Administrator.
• 5 years of experience specifically as a ServiceNow System Administrator.
• 4 years of experience in IT Service Delivery.
• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript and HTML.
• Proven knowledge of object-oriented programming and web design.
• Extensive experience with REST API and system integrations.
• Extensive experience with Networking and LDAP.
• Recent experience working in a banking environment within the last 4 years.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
