Description

You will own the design, architecture, implementation, and management of the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical user stories and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure and enhance core components including Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge Base, Change Management, and Reporting.
• Lead platform upgrade planning, execution, and deployment of new features.
• Manage platform integrations, ServiceNow development APIs, and Single Sign-On configurations.
• Maintain detailed architecture documentation and build reports, gauges, and home pages.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow System Administrator and/or Development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• Deep understanding of forms, workflows, UI actions, and business rules.
• Experience deploying features using Change Management solutions.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow development APIs and Single Sign-On administration.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting technical issues.
• Ability to manage priorities with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and ITIL 4 Foundation.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Experience with FedRAMP instances, Sovereign Cloud, or migrating data between instances.
