Description

You will act as a Technical SME for ServiceNow architecture, implementation, and technical solutioning.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions for coding and spike stories within two-week sprints.
• Manage enhancements, discovery, and integrations across the platform.
• Perform code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
• Support CMDB governance and contribute to bi-annual platform upgrades.
• Participate in daily scrum stand-ups to align on assigned stories.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow engineering.
• Strong JavaScript scripting and integration experience.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, and Discovery modules.
• Deep knowledge of CMDB architecture and management.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture and coding.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Ability to work onsite in Walnut Creek, CA, for the first week.
• Willingness to relocate to Walnut Creek, CA.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Application Developer certification.
• CMDB certification.
