Description

Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions, owning the build from requirements gathering through to knowledge transfer.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, and Audit Management modules from the ground up.
• Develop custom solutions using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and UI Policies.
• Build integrations via REST and SOAP APIs, including Integration Hub connections with ITSM, CMDB, Security Operations, and Vulnerability Response.
• Gather requirements, document specifications, and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and administrators.
• Ensure configurations align with regulatory frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, HIPAA, CJIS, PCI-DSS, or SOX.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with 3+ years implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM.
• Proven track record of delivering a ground-up GRC build start to finish.
• Strong JavaScript development skills for platform customization.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and UI Policies.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with ITSM, CMDB, Security Operations, and Vulnerability Response.
• Understanding of regulatory standards including NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, HIPAA, CJIS, PCI-DSS, or SOX.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• CIS-RC (Certified Implementation Specialist, Risk and Compliance) or CSA certification.
• Experience configuring Vendor Risk Management and Business Continuity Management.
• GRC build experience in government or public sector environments.
