Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, and implement changes in ServiceNow HRSD.
• Analyze and design technical solutions aligned with business and IT strategies.
• Collaborate with business analysts and process consultants to define requirements.
• Communicate technical designs and project updates to stakeholders and team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical development roles.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically HRSD.
• Experience working within an agile development framework.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
