Description

Design, develop, and support ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, and HR Agent Workspace, while managing the full technical lifecycle from configuration to release.

You will build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external HR systems, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and lead communication between technical teams and stakeholders to manage enhancement requests and system maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD features including Case and Knowledge Management.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external HR applications and systems.
• Manage the full technical lifecycle, covering configuration, workflow management, testing, and break fixes.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions with user consultation.
• Lead stakeholder communication to manage enhancement requests and system maintenance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, enhancements, and implementation.
• Experience completing at least one full cycle ServiceNow HRSD implementation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS, and HTML/CSS.
• Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, Service Portal, integrations, and reporting.
• Ability to gather business requirements and design technical solutions.
• Proven experience in project management and stakeholder relationship building.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
