Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITAM solutions, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and SaaS License Management modules.

Lead ITAM implementation and module expansion initiatives to enhance asset visibility, software compliance, and operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms such as SAP, Active Directory, Azure AD, SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, and Flexera.

Participate in CMDB management and remediation efforts to improve data quality, accuracy, and alignment with enterprise asset management standards.

Create process automation solutions within ServiceNow to streamline asset lifecycle management, compliance tracking, and reporting processes.

Collaborate with product owners, platform teams, and business stakeholders to support enterprise-scale IT asset management transformation initiatives and deliver strategic technology solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including enterprise-scale IT Asset Management (ITAM) implementations and support.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITAM, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), SaaS License Management, and ITAM architecture.

Experience with ServiceNow integrations, CMDB remediation, software license compliance, and process automation within large enterprise environments
