Description

Technical lead for ServiceNow IT Operations Management implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITOM components including CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while providing technical mentorship to other developers.
• Produce precise technical documentation for all development work.
• Apply Value Stream Management (VSM) principles to technical workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of developer experience specifically within ServiceNow ITOM.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management.
• Active ServiceNow certification (CSA, CAD, or CIS).
• Experience with Value Stream Management (VSM).
• Any Graduate degree.
