Description

Lead ServiceNow ITOM development with a focus on CMDB, Discovery, and Value Stream Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITOM components, specifically CMDB and Discovery implementations.
• Build and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Implement Value Stream Management (VSM) solutions to support development workflows.
• Mentor junior developers and manage delivery across several simultaneous projects.
• Produce precise, high-quality technical documentation for all developed solutions.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of ServiceNow Developer experience with a focus on ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery.
• 5+ years of experience integrating ServiceNow with external data sources via REST and SOAP APIs.
• 3+ years of developer experience in Value Stream Management (VSM).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting language.
• Active ServiceNow certification (CSA, CAD, or CIS).
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
