Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow ITOM platform, focusing on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions using ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Design and configure components related to CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Integrate systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage multiple simultaneous development projects.
• Mentor junior developers and produce technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated ServiceNow ITOM development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Strong hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Experience with Value Stream Management (VSM).
• Experience working on multiple simultaneous projects.

Preferred Skills

• CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications.
