Description

Lead the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow ITOM modules to optimize IT operations and system integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement ITOM modules including Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.
• Design and execute integrations between ITOM modules and other enterprise systems.
• Configure Event Management and Discovery to enable proactive incident detection and map IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and optimize ITOM configurations to resolve complex technical issues.
• Mentor junior ServiceNow developers and administrators on platform best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Hands-on experience with ITOM implementations, integrations, and customizations.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and ITIL processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ITOM.
• Knowledge of integrations with Splunk or SolarWinds.
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
