Job Description

Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 10+ years of IT experience and 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development expertise.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and support ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and CMDB. Configure and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, and Flow Designer. Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Server implementations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions aligned with ITIL best practices. Perform troubleshooting, platform optimization, upgrades, and production support. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills: Strong ServiceNow ITSM development experience. Expertise in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Integrations. Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal. Good understanding of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.
