Lead ServiceNow development, implementation, and maintenance for ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement new ServiceNow applications, including standalone tools and dashboards for ITSM and Project Management workflows.
Create, manage, and configure ServiceNow objects such as tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes, UI pages, and UI macros.
Build and manage web portals for internal and external clients using JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Angular.
Design and implement workflows to personalize applications, automate business processes, and integrate ServiceNow with external business systems.
Monitor system health, usage, and compliance; deploy and validate platform patches, updates, and new versions.
Required Skills
8+ years of strong software development experience with at least 2+ years dedicated to ServiceNow applications development and implementation.
Deep proficiency in JavaScript, including a passion for reusability, componentization, and web platform best practices.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps products.
Proficiency in frontend technologies: JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Angular for portal development.
Experience deploying and validating ServiceNow patches, updates, and new platform versions.
Ability to work directly with end-users to resolve issues and participate in problem-solving during development, testing, and production.
Experience working in Agile environments.
