Description

Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow modules while providing technical direction to a team of developers and administrators.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and integration of ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Develop server-side and client-side scripts, automated workflows, and integrations with GitLab CI/CD and Datadog.
• Integrate AWS infrastructure components within ServiceNow for discovery, monitoring, and automation.
• Define best practices, governance, and technical documentation for ServiceNow adoption across the organization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and lead Agile planning sessions to translate requirements into functional solutions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of total experience (or Bachelor’s with 8+ years).
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation, administration, and DevSecOps automation.
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Python for ServiceNow customization and scripting.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools via APIs, specifically GitLab CI/CD.
• Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, VPCs) and digital infrastructure (servers, storage, networking).
• 8+ years of technical or team leadership experience.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience presenting technical ideas and progress to external customers.
• Knowledge of advanced DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline optimization.
