Description

You will own the technical design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on OMT and ITSM modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, ServiceNow Catalog, Application UI, and UI Builder.
• Build service requests from customer requirements using workflows to manage data flows from customers to support teams.
• Perform integrations using Custom API, Kafka, Integration Hub, and TM F Open APIs to automate processes.
• Support end-to-end testing, UAT, and deployment to higher environments, including instance setup and migration.
• Lead development team members through technical mentorship and collaborate with administrators on configuration changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on technical design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow OMT and ITSM, including CSM and FSM modules.
• Proficiency with scripted aspects of ServiceNow, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Strong integration skills using REST, SOAP, ODBC, LDAP, SSL, Kafka, and Midserver.
• Experience managing interactions between ServiceNow and BSS/OSS systems.
• Experience with relational databases and domain separation.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with multinational clients in cross-cultural environments.
