Description

You will own the ServiceNow platform architecture, driving end-to-end design for HRSD and ITSM transformations while ensuring scalability, standardization, and long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce architectural standards, governance practices, and platform roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Guide cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, stable, and high-performing platform solutions with minimal technical debt.
• Drive strategic decision-making and influence senior leadership through effective stakeholder management and communication.
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards and lead the successful delivery of HRSD and ITSM initiatives.
• Own the platform lifecycle with accountability for solution alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (CIS-HRSD) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.
• Deep expertise in HRSD and ITSM modules and transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated ability to define forward-looking platform roadmaps.
• Experience driving strategic decision-making at senior leadership levels.
