Description

You will own the ServiceNow platform strategy, architecture, governance, and roadmap for enterprise ITSM and HRSD solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture across HRSD and ITSM, including Employee Center, Service Portal, and UI Builder.
• Design and govern enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Define platform standards, best practices, and governance to ensure performance, security, and minimal technical debt.
• Mentor architects and developers, driving technical excellence and successful delivery of transformations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and CXOs, aligning platform strategy with business goals.

Required Skills

• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Mandatory.
• Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (CIS-HRSD) – Mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and HRSD (Case Management, Lifecycle Events).
• Strong expertise in Service Portal, UI Builder, Flow Designer, and JavaScript scripting.
• Experience with CMDB, CSDM, ACLs, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, SSO, LDAP, and OAuth.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Proven experience in end-to-end platform ownership and enterprise architecture.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic decision-making abilities.
