Description

You will architect and govern complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for ServiceNow ecosystems including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, HR, Azure AD, and O365.
• Govern the platform to ensure security and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT architecture, specializing in ServiceNow.
• Proficiency across ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps.
• Strong scripting and configuration skills using JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
• Hands-on experience integrating with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience collaborating within Agile methodologies.
