Description

You will design, develop, and implement portal-centric solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow Portal components, including branding, Service Portal pages, UI pages, and widgets.
• Design and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs with MID Servers.
• Create custom applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 6 to 8 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and AngularJS (1.X), including Angular Providers and Templates.
• Strong command of CSS, HTML, and Bootstrap 3 framework.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and SOAP APIs.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and configuration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical platform solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
