Description

You will drive ServiceNow implementations from a security strategy and governance perspective, ensuring alignment with enterprise SaaS standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow implementation programs with a focus on security strategy and governance.
• Define and support security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.
• Partner with security, product, and engineering teams to integrate security controls into the platform.
• Act as a strategic advisor and execution lead throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years of overall professional experience.
• Proven hands-on experience driving ServiceNow implementations, not just using the platform.
• Strong background in security strategy, governance, risk, or compliance.
• Experience working in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Ability to operate independently and influence stakeholders at a senior level.
