Description

You will serve as the technical lead for the ServiceNow platform, driving architecture decisions, platform governance, and complex module implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Drive implementations and enhancements across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, TSM, TNI, WSD, and GRC modules.
• Build secure integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, MID servers, and integration hubs.
• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into scalable platform solutions.
• Monitor system performance to drive automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Deep expertise in ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB management.
• Proficiency in HRSD, TSM, TNI, WSD, and GRC modules.
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.
• Experience configuring MID servers and integration hubs.
• Ability to implement access control, audit trails, and change management protocols.
• Degree in any field of study.
