Description

You will build and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, and debug software solutions to business problems.
• Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows/flows, and APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow enhancements.
• Develop and maintain unit tests throughout the development lifecycle.
• Maintain technical documentation, including design specs and test plans.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration technologies (IntegrationHub, Data Sources).
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow back-end functionality and multiple application scopes.
• Proven experience with core ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CMDB, workflows/flows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Incident Management, Request Management, and Knowledge Management.
