You will design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions to optimize business processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions and custom applications.
• Translate business stakeholder requirements into effective workflows and integrations.
• Design custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and promote knowledge sharing.
• Propose platform enhancements and upgrades by staying updated on new ServiceNow features.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, AppEngine, ITOM, IRM, and SecOps.
• Active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Active ITIL Foundations certification (v3 or later).
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts and data structures.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software design best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
