Own the technical design, implementation, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring adherence to coding standards and business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for medium-scale ServiceNow implementations, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements and deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members, conduct peer reviews, and establish technical best practices for the team.
• Develop and maintain custom applications using ServiceNow platform capabilities, including database structure and APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to qualify complex requirements, manage expectations, and prevent escalations.
• Support system testing, UAT, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful handover to support functions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem with proven technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform functionality, developer APIs, and development tools.
• Proficiency in web technologies: JavaScript, XML, JSON, and Angular.js.
• Experience integrating SOAP and REST web services.
• Strong understanding of Service Development Lifecycle (Agile and Waterfall).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) required.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM preferred.

Preferred Skills

• BE/BTech in Computer Science or related discipline.
