Description

You will own complex ServiceNow implementations, integrations, and upgrades for enterprise clients. Your work focuses on delivering high-quality technical solutions within Agile engagements.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on ServiceNow best practices to create lasting value and enhanced user experiences.
• Participate in all technical aspects of delivering complex customer solutions on the platform.
• Perform system administration tasks including form configuration, simple scripting, Service Catalog setup, and custom dashboards.
• Contribute to multiple Agile engagements using established methodologies to enhance project efficiency.
• Lead discussions in workshops and conduct independent calls with customers to ensure project alignment.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on expertise with ITBM, SPM, WSD, and HSRD modules.
• Proficiency in CSM, ITAM, and ITOM implementations.
• Strong capability in building and configuring Service Portals.
• Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Experience with system administration, form configuration, and scripting.
• Ability to advise on platform best practices for enterprise clients.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NTT methodology and tools.
