Description

You will design and develop technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, Service Portal, and Catalog modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom ServiceNow applications, including widgets, pages, and catalogs.
• Develop server-side and client-side logic using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
• Configure and modify workflows to meet specific client requirements.
• Implement security controls through ACLs and manage domain separation for portals and catalogs.
• Execute debugging, document pseudo-code, and adhere to team coding and review practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and the Bootstrap framework.
• Hands-on experience with Service Portal development and custom widget creation.
• Expertise in ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, Request, and Task management.
• Strong knowledge of Catalog builds, variable sets, and UI Policies.
• Experience with data exchange formats, specifically JSON and XML.
• Ability to manage and implement Email Notifications.
• Proven debugging skills and the ability to prioritize assigned tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of domain separation architecture.
