Description

Manage site collection administration and website maintenance for multiple SharePoint environments across supported networks.

Responsibilities

• Administer 30+ SharePoint site collections, managing growth, site-level search, keywords, and best bets.
• Design and develop custom site functions, workflows, forms, and business processes using SharePoint Designer and Nintex.
• Configure site taxonomy, structure, and content classification using managed metadata, lists, and libraries.
• Monitor system metrics to analyze storage trends and resolve issues regarding storage quotas and user profiles.
• Collaborate with Requirements Engineers to document customer needs, estimate delivery timelines, and manage permissions.

Required Skills

• TS/SCI clearance with SBI and ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearance.
• DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II/Intermediate certification.
• 5+ years of experience in out-of-the-box SharePoint design and customization.
• 3+ years of experience with SharePoint 2016 or newer, including workflow and content management.
• 3+ years of experience with LDAP/Active Directory authentication and group security.
• 3+ years of experience using SharePoint Designer to create pages, web parts, and supporting services.
• 3+ years of experience mentoring junior personnel on technical practices.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to manage customer requirements in collaborative environments.
• Experience maintaining documentation and continuity books for tasks and procedures.
• Experience managing site branding and governance.
