Senior SharePoint Support Engineer for MS 365, focusing on support and troubleshooting for a long-term contractual role.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot SharePoint environments, with emphasis on SharePoint Online.
• Manage SharePoint site design, content types, workflows, and permissions.
• Utilize PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API for automation and administration.
• Provide technical support within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams and OneDrive.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting SharePoint environments.
• 3+ years of focused experience with SharePoint Online.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams and OneDrive.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API.
• Understanding of SharePoint site design, content types, and workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
