Description

You will manage IT operations and project delivery for the Puerto Rico distribution business.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for all local IT-related issues.
• Act as the primary interface between local business teams and IT project teams in the US and India.
• Translate business requirements into technical IT requirements.
• Manage and execute projects, specifically Salesforce implementations and Oracle ERP migrations.
• Oversee budgeting and support IT initiatives for future business growth.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT management or site leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP migrations.
• Proven ability to manage IT requirements gathering and translation.
• Experience managing project lifecycles for Salesforce implementations.
• Ability to coordinate with distributed global teams in the US and India.
• Experience managing IT budgets and growth-related infrastructure planning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
