Roles & Responsibilities

• Write clean code using Go or Python to automate cloud operations and deployment pipelines.
• Build and manage large-scale Amazon EKS clusters including networking, security, and scaling using Karpenter.
• Write and maintain modular Terraform and Helm templates for infrastructure as code.
• Lead troubleshooting for critical system outages and write clear, blameless post-mortems to prevent recurring issues.
• Define SLIs and SLOs while setting up monitoring, logging, and on-call alerts using Datadog and PagerDuty.
• Build secure, self-service tools like automated JIT AWS access to meet SOC2 requirements.
• Eliminate manual tasks and replace them with stable, automated systems treating operations as software engineering problems.

Experience Required 10+ years of professional experience in SRE, DevOps, or Systems/Infrastructure Engineering. Production experience running and scaling Kubernetes with EKS preferred. Expert-level knowledge of Terraform required. Strong written English proficiency required for global team collaboration
