Description

You will lead a team of Site Reliability Engineers to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of .NET applications on Azure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SREs, driving continuous improvement and performance management.
• Oversee Azure DevOps pipelines to ensure automated, repeatable, and reliable deployments.
• Develop and implement processes to meet service level objectives (SLOs) and maintain uptime targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and enhance system automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps.
• Experience managing and optimizing .NET-based systems deployed on Azure.
• Proven ability to drive system automation and monitoring improvements.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing performance.
• Ability to develop procedures for maintaining service level objectives and uptime.
• Any Graduate degree.
