Description

You will manage cloud environments and Windows-based systems, owning application patching, troubleshooting, and release management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage application patching and product-specific fixes across Assembly and Production systems.
• Provision and maintain documentation for system configurations, databases, and daily operational procedures.
• Perform end-to-end application testing and conduct incident root cause analysis.
• Execute change, incident, and problem management procedures to minimize service disruption.
• Coordinate with development, network, security, and database teams to resolve server-related issues.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience working with cloud environments and Windows-based operating systems.
• 2+ years of experience in Windows Administration and software application troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with AWS DevOps services including CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline, ECS, and EKS.
• Ability to set up CI/CD pipelines on AWS.
• Proficiency with .Net based applications and web applications.
• Working knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, or Python.
• Ability to execute SQL commands and manage databases.
• Experience working within ITIL-based release management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of software programming languages.
