Description

You will own reliability, observability, and automation for applications running on Kubernetes/OpenShift and GCP.

Responsibilities

• Define SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets with stakeholders.
• Build and enhance observability, telemetry, and monitoring tools.
• Identify automation opportunities and reduce operational toil.
• Lead production readiness activities including NFRs and Permit to Operate.
• Provide application support and maintain system stability.

Required Skills

• 2+ years leading or operating in SRE roles.
• Experience supporting applications on Kubernetes, OpenShift, and GCP.
• Proficiency with Autosys and Oracle.
• Strong understanding of AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, Splunk, and Aternity.
• SQL Server experience.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
