Description

Own reliability, security, and automation for enterprise identity and privileged access management (PAM) platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Apply SRE principles to ensure availability, scalability, resilience, and performance of identity platforms.
• Design and maintain high-availability and disaster recovery architectures for PAM and secrets vault services.
• Automate provisioning, secrets rotation, access workflows, and operational tasks using scripting and infrastructure tools.
• Lead vulnerability remediation, configuration hardening, and patching for identity and PAM systems.
• Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident improvements for identity services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or senior production operations engineer.
• Hands-on expertise with CyberArk PAM (EPM, PSM, CPM, PVWA) and enterprise secrets management.
• Deep understanding of IAM, privileged access, and Tier 0 security concepts.
• Experience operating identity platforms across on-premises and public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong Linux/Unix systems, networking, and security fundamentals.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HashiCorp Secrets Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault, or GCP Secret Manager.
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation) and Kubernetes integrations.
