Description

You will own the reliability, performance, and scalability of GCP-based platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident response and conduct post-mortem analysis for mission-critical applications.
• Define and measure SLIs and SLOs to maintain system health.
• Implement automation, observability, and chaos engineering practices.
• Execute performance tuning, capacity planning, and reliability testing.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and manage container orchestration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Platform Engineering.
• Proficiency with Python, Go, and Bash for automation and scripting.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Advanced monitoring and observability skills using Prometheus, Grafana, and New Relic.
• Deep knowledge of GCP services including GCE, GKE, Cloud Run, and App Engine.
• Experience managing VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, and Cloud CDN.
• Competency in GCP security including IAM, VPC Security, and Cloud KMS.
• Familiarity with Cloud Operations Suite, Cloud Logging, and Cloud Monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years of experience with enterprise-scale cloud environments.
• Experience with high-availability, customer-facing systems.
