Description

You will own production stability and performance across on-site environments through proactive monitoring, root cause analysis, and tool development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production and non-production environments to identify and resolve complex system issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and lead project planning sessions for support team initiatives.
• Develop, configure, and support tools for system monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Build software application modules using disciplined development processes and perform unit testing.
• Liaise with application development, content, and hardware support teams to coordinate technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Systems Administration.
• Strong proficiency with Python.
• Hands-on experience with Datadog and PowerShell.
• Proficiency in Linux Command Line (Bash).
• Practical experience with Azure or AWS and Windows environments.
• Deep understanding of troubleshooting, networking, and capacity analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud Automation.
